mind as they are so quick to make and only require 5 ingredients and they
are NO bake (all my favorite things).

How To Make Keto Fat Bombs
Start by brewing ¾ cup of strong coffee;
Mix 1/2 cup of hot coffee with the 1/2 butter and vanilla
In another cup add ¼ cup coffee with 2 tbsp heavy cream and coconut
oil; set aside;
Add 1 tbsp of the butter coffee to a mini muffin tray and freeze for 30 min;
Once the first layer of the fat bomb has set, add 1 tsp of the coconut coffee
mixture on top and chill for another 30 min;
After 1h, add the last layer of liquid heavy cream on top until the mold is
fully filled and freeze for another 30 min to 1h more;

- Few drops vanilla extract
- liquid sweetener, optional

These look great! Any suggestions to make them dairy free(while keeping them nut free)? I was thinking cream from refrigerated canned coconut milk to replace the heavy cream and creamed coconut instead of the butter. What do you think? Thanks!
