Are you looking for ways to stay fit and get in shape without going to the gym? Are you looking for ways to workout at home without having to pay for a gym membership? I’m one of those that loves to workout at home and I like to vary my routine so I never get bored. There are so many ways to stay in shape or get in shape and stay healthy by working out in the privacy of your home. Here are some of the ways I love to workout at home.
My number 1 workout that I do is using my rebounder or mini trampoline. You can burn more calories by jumping on a trampoline then you can running. Rebounding is fun and I never get bored. I not only use it for jumping but I also have a core workout I that I use it for! There are a ton more benefits to jumping other than losing weight – studies have shown it’s low impact on your joints, good for your lymphatic system and so much more. I have tried a couple of trampolines and they are not all created equal (that’s for sure)! This is the trampoline I use know and I love it! I use it everyday and actually look forward to working out. They come in 3 different sizes 39“, 44“ and 49″ – I have the 49″ but choose the size that is right for you. These are also great is you only have a small space to workout!

Another thing that I use for my at home work out are Resistance Bands. These are great for strength training and so much more. They are easy to use and great to do at home.

When I want to get a full body workout in and work up a good sweet I will use my Elliptical
The main thing I find is to switch up your routine so you don’t get bored with one thing. There are so many cheap and easy ways to get fit and stay health by working out at home. Any of these workout ideas you can either turn on your favorite tv show, favorite workout music or favorite movie and before you know it your workout will be over. You feel great! These workout ideas are not just workouts for women these are also great ideas for men – get your husband or boyfriend hooked on trampoline jumping (it’s pretty easy)!
