Impress your friends and family with this delicious Vampire Margarita.
This recipe is a variation of the classic margarita, where the triple sec is substituted by strawberry liqueur and some fresh strawberries.
However, the final result of this cocktail is light pink, to give it that special Halloween touch and I used a drop of red food coloring to kick up the red color.

How To Make Vampire Margarita
Wash the strawberries very well and remove the stem.
Reserve four strawberries for garnish.
Then place the ice, strawberries, tequila, and triple sec in the blender.
Beat at maximum speed for at least three minutes until all ingredients are well combined.
At this point, look at the color of your cocktail, if you wish add a few drops of food coloring.
Remember that the natural color is light red, almost pink.
Pour the syrup onto a shallow plate, and move the plate sideways so that the syrup spreads evenly on the plate.
Turn the glasses over and place them on the plate with syrup, one by one to wet the rims.
Place the salt on another plate, and sink the rims of the glasses into the salt.
Remove the glasses from the plate and shake them lightly.
Serve the cocktail in the glasses, being careful not to touch the edges.
Make a small incision at the bottom of the strawberries you reserved and place one into the rim of each of the glasses.
