You will need brown candles (I used taper candles – about 3 to 4)
Break the candle into pieces in a microwave safe bowl and remove the wick.
Melt with the double broiler method or in the microwave on 20 to 30
second increments into it is fully melted
Coat the inside on a Hershey Kiss mold (get it here) – I coated mine
with olive oil
Hot glue a piece of aluminum foil to the bottom to close the hole
Poke a small hole in the middle of the aluminum foil with a toothpick
Place a candle wick in the hole that was just made
Hot glue the wick to the aluminum foil to hold in place
Place the Hershey Kiss mold in a glass to make sure it is stable
Pour the melted candle into the mold – once it is full place in refrigerator
or freezer to firm up
Once it is ready remove the aluminum foil (you may need to trim wick)
Flip over – gentle tap and it will come loose (pretty easy)
