For the Berry gummy bears:
Add the frozen berries with the water to a saucepan and cook for 2 minutes;
crush the berries with a potato masher and drain the liquid
Bring the liquid to a bowl and add the liquid sweetener together with the
gelatin; mix well
Microwave for 30 seconds so the mixture is liquid and add the gummy
mold; if you have no mold, add the mixture to any Tupperware you have lying around
Allow to cool and set in the fridge for 1h
Remove form the mold and enjoy.
For the Green Tea gummy candy:
Brew a strong ½ cup of green tea
Add the tea to a bowl, with a squeeze of lemon juice add the liquid sweetener
and the gelatin; stir well;
Microwave for 30 seconds so the mixture is liquid and add the gummy mold;
Allow to cool and set in the fridge for 1h;
Remove form the mold and enjoy.
For the Lime gummy candy:
Zest ½ lime in a bowl together with the juice of it and the hot water;
Add the liquid sweetener and the gelatin; stir well;
Microwave for 30 seconds so the mixture is liquid and add the gummy mold;
Allow to cool and set in the fridge for 1h;
Remove form the mold and enjoy.

- ½ cup hot water
- 2 ml liquid sweetener
