How To Make Keto Cinnamon Cream Cheese Pancake Roll Ups
Blend all ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, butter, and erythritol in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
Lightly coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Ladle in about ¼ cup of the batter into the pan and cook until bubbly. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

- ¼ cup Coconut Flour
- ¼ cup Melted Butter
- 1 tbsp Erythritol
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- pinch of Salt
- for the Filling
- 2 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup Powdered Erythritol
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
