How To Make Low Carb Brownie Cookies
Mix almond flour, erythritol, cocoa, baking powder and salt
Add oil and egg and mix until combined
Add chocolate chips and stir
Put in refrigerator for at least 2 hours
Scoop the dough on to parchment paper lined cookie sheet
Bake cookies in an oven preheated to 180C/ 350F for about 10 minutes

- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp of baking powder
- 2 tbsp of erythritol
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Lilys chocolate chips
