Bring the dry ingredients in and fold them in

and stir enough to combine
With the help of a teaspoon, shape the cookies and add them to a baking
tray add extra chocolate on top if desired
Bake at 180 C/350 F for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown on the edges
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow to cool on a rack.
