In a mixing bowl
combine all of the ingredients
and blend on high
until smooth
and creamy.
Place the batter into the freezer to set for 30 minutes.
Form the batter into 12 equal sized fat bombs, and place back into the freezer to chill for an additional 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with additional ground cinnamon for garnish if desired before serving.
