How to make keto french toast
Whisk all ingredients for the bread in a microwave-safe dish.
Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
Allow bread to cool for a few minutes before cutting.
Whisk all ingredients for the coating.
Dip both sides of the bread in the mixture.
Pan-fry in butter for 2-3 minutes per side.

- ½ tsp Baking Powder
For the Coating
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream

- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Can milk be substituted for heavy cream and almond flour for the coconut flour?

I wouldn’t recommend these substitutions. The heavy cream is thicker and the coconut flour is finer. I don’t think you’d get the same results because of the proportions as well.
