In the food processor ground the almond and the seeds until you obtain
a granulate texture.
Place into a bowl add the grated coconut and salt and mix.
Add the peanut butter and coconut and with your hands mix until everything
is combined.
Place into a square dish and press the mixture down with your hands to
compress everything.
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds and spread the
chocolate over the granola with a spatula.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes

- 1/2 cup almond
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
