How To Make Champagne Jello Shots
Add Champagne, vodka, gelatin, and sugar to a medium saucepan.
Heat over medium low heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved and the mixture is steamy.
Donβt let this boil, because the alcohol will cook out quickly if it does.
Remove from the heat, and stir in Sprite.
Allow the Jello mix to cool and the carbonation from the soda to disappear completely.
This may take several minutes.
Once the foam is gone,
pour evenly into 2 oz. Jello cups.
Move the cups to the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle confetti Stars to the tops of the Jello cups.
