Print out the printable provided below.
Print off as many as you need. (Print in 4×6.)
Fill each treat bag (these kinds of bags) with 1 red dots candy and a handful of whoppers.
Fold the top of the cello bag down half way and secure with tape.
Glue the entire backside of the printable.
Lay the top of your cello bag down on the glue, about 1/2 way up the printable.
Fold the printable in half, and press all sides down to secure.
Let glue dry completely.
Pass out treat bags and enjoy!
