Fall is in the air and I am so ready to start decorating. Here is a super simple & easy DIY Dollar Store Fall decoration idea. For under $5 you can make this DIY no sew placemat pillow perfect for Fall. It’s a great DIY project to get in the Fall mood. A super cheap fall decor DIY that will make your house, bedroom or apartment look amazing. So sit back sip on your Pumpkin spice latte ☕ and learn how to make awesome Dollar Store Fall decorations. Follow the step by step instructions for this awesome Fall DIY Dollar Tree craft project!
You will need 2 placemats from the Dollar Tree
And a package of word art from Dollar Tree
Place the word art on one of the placemats in the center (or where ever you would like)
With a Sharpie Marker trace around it
Here is mine once I was done tracing around it
Next I filled in each of the the letters
Now place the other placemat face down on top of the other placemat
Make sure they are lined up
Hot glue along 3 sides of the placemats
Once all 3 sides are glued together now glue a small strip on each side of
the remaining side – leaving a gap in the middle
You should have a gap like this when you finished gluing
Place your hand inside and turn inside out
Reach in to the pillow and pull out sides
Stuff pillow with poly fil fiber – stuff as much or little as you would like
Once it is full – then fold over each side and glue together
