You will need nail polish from Dollar Tree

 

 

Nail buffer

 

 

Nail clippers

 

 

Socks

 

 

Start by placing nail buffer in bottom of cup

 

 

Set nail clippers on top of nail buffer

 

 

Roll the socks up and place in cup

 

 

Arrange the socks to resemble whipped cream and place the bottle of nail polish in the middle of socks
