This delicious vegan smoothie bowl can not get any easier! In a blender
(here is my favorite blender) blend together mango, pineapple and coconut
water. You can of course change out the fruit to whatever you like – options
– strawberries, blueberries, peaches. Skies the limit on different combinations.
Once you have the fruit and water blended up pour into a bowl and add your
favorite vegan friendly granola, other fruits and or shredded coconut.

- 1 Cup Frozen Mango
- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1 Cup Coconut Water
