How to make keto cinnamon rolls
Mix all the rolls ingredients in a food processor until well combined. It will be a sticky and thick dough.
Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
Place the dough over foil and spread it with your hands – it should be around 0.5 inches of height. To make this process easier you can wet your hands.
Refrigerate for 10 more minutes.
Cover with melted butter, sweetener and cinnamon.
Cut the dough in 2 inches stripes.
Carefully, roll each stripe with the help of the knife – use the knife to separate the dough from the foil and slowly create each roll.
Place the rolls on a baking tray.
Bake at 380ºF for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Mix all the icing ingredients and serve over the rolls using a piping bag.

Rolls:
- 4 oz. Almond Flour
- ⅔ cups Water
- 2 tbsp. Flaxseed Flour (ground flaxseeds)
- 2 tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
Filling:
- 2 tbsp. Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. Sugar-free Sweetener (I used Stevia)
- 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
Icing:
- ½ cup Cream Cheese
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. Sugar-free Sweetener (I used Stevia)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Instructions
