First preheat the oven to 180 C – 350 F.
Prepare a baking sheet with waxed paper or by flouring if you do not have
waxed paper; You can also use a silicone tray.
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients. Proceed to form small balls,
place them in the baking sheet previously prepared.
Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the cookies are
golden brown. Remove the cookies from the oven, let cool.
Put the small pot over the large one and wait till the chocolate is melted.
Turn of the heat. Dip the cookie into the melted chocolate and leave it there
for a couple of seconds. Then take it out and lay it onto a plate. Repeat this
process for all the cookies and place in the fridge for a couple of hours to set.

- 1 egg
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 4 tbsp Keto-Friendly Sweetener (I used erythritol)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ cup sliced almonds (optional)
- ⅛ tsp clove powder
- Vanilla extract
To cover
- 3 oz Lilys chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp of almond milk (if needed)
