Keto Grilled Cheese – Low Carb Microwave 90 Second Bread
Are you ready for a tasty keto grilled cheese sandwich? This keto 90 second
bread is super simple and just put in microwave to bake it up. Add some cheese
and grill for the perfect low carb grilled cheese sandwich. This keto grilled cheese
sandwich was amazing! It was so tasty and delicious and I love it took under 5
minutes to make. If you want a quick lunch or dinner this is for sure the low carb
keto recipe for you! This is the perfect keto meal idea for the ketogenic diet.
A few simple keto friendly ingredients like almond flour and oil. 5 ingredients
to make the 90 second keto bread then add 1 ingredient for the grilled cheese
(cheddar cheese).
This really is a perfect low carb recipe when you want something delish and quick.
You can pair it with keto friendly cracker or keto chips. You can also serve along side
tomato soup or any flavor soup.

In a bowl add egg and avocado oil and whisk together
Add almond flour to wet ingredients
Add baking soda
Mix together well until everything is thoroughly combined
Add everything bagel seasoning to mix
And stir together
Next you will need a sandwich container like this (get here) or you can use
any microwave safe dish
Pour mixture into your container and microwave for 60 to 90 seconds
(depending on your microwave)
Here is mine once I took it out of the microwave
Now to make the grilled cheese take bread out of container
Place in pan that has been coated with oil or butter
Place a piece of cheese on top
Cut bread in half and place one piece on top of the other (you can also cut
the bread in half for a full size sandwich). Rotate the sides so the don’t burn
and sandwich is done when cheese has melted.
