How To Make Keto Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich
Line an 8”x8” pan with parchment.
Whisk together eggs, peanut butter, and erytrhitol in a bowl.
Whisk together almond flour and cocoa in a separate bowl.
Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325F.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
Unmold and slice in half across the thickness.
Return half into the bottom of the pan.
Spread ice cream on then top
add remaining brownie half to top
Freeze overnight.
Unmold and cut into serving portions.
Serve and Enjoy

- 1 cup Unsweetened Peanut Butter
- ¾ cup Brown Erythritol
- 1/3 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
- 1 pint Keto Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
