Mix the butter, almond flour and syrup into a homogeneous mixture
Spread dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and cut into
squares.
Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
Slightly beat butter with erythritol
Add Peanut Butter and mix till combined
Put one tsp of cream on one cracker and cover with another.
Repeat on all crackers – Enjoy

- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoon fiber syrup (gold)
for filling:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoon erythritol
Instructions
- Mix the butter, almond flour and syrup into a homogeneous mixture
- Spread dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and cut into squares.
- Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

- Put one tsp of cream on one cracker and cover with another.
