Unicorn Party Food
Kids Party Food – Unicorn Party Food
Pre-heat oven to 350. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add cake mix, egg and butter to a large mixing bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Add sprinkles to mixture.
Use as little or as many as you like.
Roll into 1” balls and place on baking sheet.
Using the bottom of a glass, slightly flatten each cookie ball.
Bake for 8-11 minutes, or until the bottom just turns golden brown.
Allow to cool.
Flip each whoopie pie upside down, so the flat side is facing up.
Separate frosting into 3 bowls.
Add 1-2 drops of first color to one bowl, 2-3 drops of the second color to another bowl and 2-3 drops of the last color to the final bowl.
Mix well.
Using the piping bags, add one of each color to each of the three piping bags.
Cut the tip off the bottom of each. If you would like a tri-color effect, use a slightly larger piping bag with a large frosting tip.
Slide the three piping bags in until their tips meet the frosting tip.
Squeeze and test a few times to get the three colors flowing properly.
Frost each whoopie pie with the assorted colors or with the tri-colors bag.
Gently press whoopie pies together.
Serve

- 4-6 ounces of unicorn sprinkles
- Pink, purple, and yellow food coloring
- *4 piping bag(s)
