Start with a lip gloss
You will need to wash and clean it out – I sucked up water shook it around
– just kept repeating process until it was clean
Flip it over to the back side
With an x-acto knife cut down center (be VERY careful)
Next cut off applicator
Now you will need a mini highlighter (like these)
Take the cap off the highlighter
Put the highlighter inside the lip gloss tube
Push the highlighter up thru the top
Seal the cut with hot glue
Use a toothpick to spread glue around
And that’s how you make this DIY lip gloss highlighter marker
Put the cap back on to keep the highlighter from drying out
