HOW TO MAKE KETO PEPPERONI PIZZA LASAGNA ROLL UPS

In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese,

Italian seasoning, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Stir the mixture until it is well combined.

Lay a palmini noodle flat, and place 3 pepperoni slices down the center of it.

Top the pepperoni with a bit of the ricotta mixture, and roll the palmini noodle up lengthwise.

Place the roll up in a 9ร—9 baking dish, and repeat the process with the remaining noodles and filling.

Top the roll ups with the pizza sauce and the other ยฝ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
