In a large bowl, add mashed banana, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and
unsweetened applesauce. Mix until combined.
In a medium bowl, whisk together gluten free baking flour, baking powder,
salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until just
combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
