Preheat oven to 350°F.
In mixing bowl add cake mix and diet root beer soda.
Mix on low until smooth and creamy.
Place shot glasses/votive holders on baking sheet and spray with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray. Fill each shot glass 1/2 full with batter
Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Top each with whipped cream, place a red gumball on top and a wafer cookie in each glass. Serve or refrigerate until ready to eat.
