Mix all ingredients except the blueberries until smooth.
Cover a baking tray with foil to create a rectangle.
Spread the mix over the foil.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator
Cut bars you can can cut in 1 inch bars or I suggest cutting into squares.
Cover with blueberries and enjoy.
Cutting in squares will give you less points rather than cutting into bars (see bottom for points)

Ingredients
- 200 gr./7 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 170 gr./6 oz. Almond Flour
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 4 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp. Stevia
- 1 tsp. Lemon Zest
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except the blueberries until smooth.
- Cover a baking tray with foil to create a rectangle.
- Spread the mix over the foil.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

- Cut in 1 inch bars (you can also cut the bars in halve to obtain squares).
- Cover with blueberries and enjoy.
