How to make Weight Watchers Mug Cakes
In a Mug add in the butter and microwave for 30 seconds, until melted.
Add in the egg, vanilla, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice and milk.
Mix all together with a fork.
Add in the flour, baking soda, pinch of salt.
Mix until well combined and mixed through and add in blueberries.
Sprinkle with erythritol on top of the mug cake.
Microwave it for 5 minutes on high.

- 3 tablespoons flour

- 1 teaspoon erythritol ( sprinkling on top )
Instructions
