Heat ¼ cup of the red or rose wine in a saucepan over medium-low heat on the stove. Once it is heated, sprinkle 2 ½ tablespoons of the gelatin over it, and whisk to combine completely.
Lower the heat on the stove to low, and continue to whisk the wine mixture until it turns back into a liquid form.
Turn the heat off on the stove, but leave the pot on the burner. Whisk in ¼ cup of the confectioners sugar substitute until it is completely dissolved.
Use a dropper to fill the sections of the gummy bear mold with the heated wine mixture. If there is foam or bubbles on top of the mixture, simply place your dropper underneath it to get clear liquid.
Place the gummy bear mold into the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
Repeat the above steps with the white wine to fill a second gummy bear mold.
Once the gummy bears have chilled and are solid, pop them out of the molds and serve.
