In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, almond flour, milk, ½ C. fat free mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Whisk together until all the ingredients are well combined.
Place half of the batter mixture into the heated waffle maker, and cook for 3-5 minutes until your desired level of doneness has been reached.
Remove the first waffle, and place the second half of the batter into the waffle maker. Cook the second waffle for another 3-5 minutes and then remove.
Top each pizza waffle with 1 ½ tablespoons of the sugar free marinara sauce, half of the remaining mozzarella cheese and 3 pepperoni slices each.
Place the topped pizza waffles under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
