2Tbsp.Granulated sweetener of choiceyou can include more sweetener if desired.
8Keto sugar free marshmallows cut into fourths
2-3Tbsp.Bake believe white chocolate chips
Half Globe silicone mold with 6 holes on each mold
Hot water or unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Place the semi sweet baking chips into a microwave safe bowl and heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted.
Use a spoon to spread some of the chocolate around the entire inside of 8 sections of the silicone molds, making sure to cover every part.
Put the mold into the freezer to set for a few minutes, remove, and spread another layer of chocolate just at the top of each mold around the upper edges to strengthen them a bit more.
Return the mold to the freezer to set.
Careful remove the half globe shapes from the mold & set back in and add 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder and ½ Tbsp of a granulated sweetener to four of them.
Place some of the cut up keto marshmallows on top of the powder in each filled half globe shape.
Spread the remaining melted chocolate onto a plate, and dip each of the unfilled chocolate half globes in it.
Place the dipped globe shapes on top of the filled ones and use your finger to smooth out the excess chocolate.
Return the hot chocolate bombs to the freezer to set while you melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe container at 30 second intervals until completely melted.
Use the tines of a fork to drizzle the white chocolate over the top of the hot chocolate bombs.
All the white chocolate to set.
Fill a large mug with at least 3 cups of hot water or unsweetened almond milk. Whichever you choose, it must be warm enough to melt the chocolate.
Let the hot chocolate bomb melt and then stir to combine.
