In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and buffalo sauce, stir and set aside.
Shred the chicken breast into small pieces; to do this, use a knife or fork. Place the shredded chicken in a mixing bowl.
Add 2/3 cup of the buffalo sauce mixture to the shredded chicken. Stir well until all the chicken pieces are drenched in sauce. Reserve a third of a cup of sauce to glaze the bread on top.
In a separate bowl, combine the white cabbage, purple cabbage, and grated carrot. Stir well. Season with the ranch sauce and a pinch of salt. Reserve.
Place the Hawaiian sweet Rolls on a flat surface. And very carefully cut them in half, crosswise.
Cover the baking dish with the parchment paper, and top with the bottom layer of bread.
Pour the shredded chicken over the bread. And with the help of a spoon, distribute it evenly.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top of chicken.
Lastly, add the cabbage salad layer. Spread it evenly as well.
Place the second layer of bread.
Garnish with the remaining buffalo sauce, and garnish with the sesame seeds.
Take the tray to the oven for about ten minutes until the cheese is completely melted
