Add the cream cheese and 2 cups of mozzarella cheese to a bowl that is microwave safe. Heat for 30 seconds at a time until the cheese is completely melted and combined.
Place the cheese mixture into a mixing bowl with the other crust ingredients, and blend into a smooth dough.
Press the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Press it out as thin or thick as you would like, into a rectangular shape.
Smooth the ranch dressing over the crust.
Sprinkle the cheese and then the chicken on top.
Drizzle on the buffalo sauce, and bake for 25 minutes.
