200gramsSkinlessBoneless Chicken Thighs, cut into cubes
2tbspCornstarch
Salt and Pepper
1tbspSesame Seeds
2tbspChopped Spring Onions
For the Sauce
¼cupKetchup
¼cupWater
1tbspSugar
1tbspRice Vinegar
2tbspSoy Sauce
1tbspSesame Oil
1tbspCornstarch
½tspGarlic Powder
½tspGinger Powder
Instructions
Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Toss in cornstarch until evenly coated.
Arrange chicken in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes per side at 390F.
Whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce in a pan. Simmer until thickened.
Toss cooked chicken into the sauce.
Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
Serve over white rice.
