1 Β½lb.Boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins
β C.Sour cream
Β½C.Parmesan cheese grated
1C.Mozzarella cheese shredded
ΒΌtsp.Xanthan gum
2tsp.Italian seasoning
1tsp.Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, ΒΌ C of the Parmesan cheese, xanthan gum, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste until well combined.
Place the tenderloins in a well greased baking dish, and spread the sour cream mixture over them.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
