Combine all of the ingredients except for the sour cream and oil in a mixing bowl until well blended.
Form the mixture into 16 evenly sized mini patties.
Line the bottom of a skillet with oil, and place it over medium high heat on the stove.
Add the patties to the skillet, and cook evenly on all sides until crispy and browned.
Remove to drain on a paper towel lined plate before serving.
