Add the pork rind crumbs and all the seasonings to a mixing bowl, and combine well.
Brush the pork chops with the olive oil.
Dip the pork chops into the seasoning mixture, and coat all sides evenly.
Place the pork chops onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, flip over and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cooked through to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
