In a mixing bowl, beat together all of the ingredients for the cake until smooth.
Spread the mixture into the bottom of a well greased crockpot.
Cook on high for 2 hours, then remove, and let cool to room temperature.
Blend together the ingredients for the icing with the exception of the peppermint patties.
Slice the cake into pieces, and top with the icing, and one peppermint patty each.
