Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees, and grease a pan well.
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, egg yolk, honey and vanilla until smooth.
Place the bread slices into the greased pan, and press down the center of each piece of bread to form an indentation.
Pour the yogurt mixture into the indentation on each piece of bread.
Top the slices of bread with the strawberries.
Place in the air fryer for 10 minutes, or until the custard is cooked through, and the bread is toasted.
