3Large boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in half lengthwise
β C.Sour cream
1Tbsp.Mayonnaise
Β½C.Chopped bacon
1 Β½C.Shredded cheddar cheese
2Tbsp.Dried chives
2tsp.Minced garlic
ΒΌC.Finely chopped pecans
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Layer the chicken in a 9x13 baking dish and season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, bacon, chives, garlic and pecans.
Spread the mixture over the chicken evenly.
Sprinkle the chicken with the cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes, and then heat under the broiler for 2-3 additional minutes.
