Place plastic cups onto a baking sheet or into a muffin tin.
In a medium saucepan, whisk together 2 cups lemonade and 3 envelopes of Knox gelatin.
Heat over medium heat, until steamy, but donβt boil.
Remove from the heat and whisk in additional cup of lemonade and vodka.
Divide the Jello mixture evenly between the plastic cups, and move them to the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours. Before serving, top with whipped cream and half of a fresh lemon slice.
