How To Make Keto Pancake Breakfast Burrito Wrap
Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, butter, and erythritol in a bowl.
Blend in the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
Lightly coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Ladle in about ¼ cup of the batter into the pan and cook until bubbly. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Take each pancake and fill with a strip of bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese.
Roll.
Serve with sugar-free maple syrup on the side.

- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup Coconut Flour
- ¼ cup Melted Butter
- 1 tbsp Erythritol
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- pinch of Salt
- for the Filling
- 4 strips Bacon cooked
- 2 Eggs cooked(scrambled)
- ¼ cup Shredded Cheddar
- For Serving
- 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, butter, and erythritol in a bowl.
- Blend in the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
