How To Make Keto Wraps?
First step follow the recipe to mix up the ingredients.
Next you can cook on stove top – which I do every once in a while but my favorite way to cook these is on my Dash 8 inch griddle.
Making on the griddle is the quickest way to make them and they come out perfect everytime.
How To Make Keto Cream Cheese Chicken Taquitos
Whisk together eggs, avocado oil, water, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Blend in the coconut flour until smooth.
Ladle about ¼ cup of the batter in a lightly-oiled pan. Swirl around and cook for about a minute per side.
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Blend together cream cheese, sour cream, cumin powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Fold in the chicken and shredded cheddar.
Fill tortillas with the chicken and cream cheese mixture and roll up carefully.
Optional add more shredded cheese on top
Arrange taquitos on a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes.

- ¼ tsp Chili Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- ½ cup Shredded Cheddar
