To make these yummy and spooky cupcakes you will need cookie brownie mix
Find it here You will also need some Halloween cupcake liners (these are my favorite)
Once you mix up the cookie brownie mix – bake according to box instructions
set aside a let cool down
Now you will need Oreo cookies
Break apart
Pipe 1 green frosting dot (for eyeball) – get piping bags here
Place 1 M & M on top of the green frosting
Next pipe red frosting coming out from eye
Put a little bit of frosting on back of cookie and place on cupcake (this
will hold it in place.
And that’s all there is to these eye cupcake eyeball cookies!

Easy DIY Decorated Halloween Cookies
For these cute Halloween cookies you will need Oreo’s
Place 2 drops of white frosting on the cookie (for the eyes)
Now place M & M’s over each of the frosting dots
Use black icing frosting (like this) and draw lines on the M & M’s
Make a little black dot below the eyes
Use a bat sprinkle for the beak
Place on black dot of icing frosting
Break 2 tiny pieces of Oreo for the ears
Carefully place in the middle of the cookie on the top

You will need black and orange sprinkles
Place some sprinkles on a plate and dip glass or mason jar in a tiny bit
of water then dip in sprinkles
Pour some Sprite into your mason jar or glass

and spooky look
Drop in as many or few as you would like….
