Cut off a small end of the Ziploc bag
Squeeze the Cool Whip into the ice cream cone and swirl like soft serve ice cream
Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles –
Place in freezer for 1 to 2 hours or eat right away
Another way if you don’t want to do the Ziploc bag – you can fill the bottom
of the cone with 1 1/2 TBSP of Cool Whip
Use a 1/2 TBSP as an ice cream scoop
