How to make vegan chocolate peanut butter cups
In a bowl over a saucepan over simmering water melt the chocolate.
Arrange muffin cups in a muffin tin and pour one tablespoon of the
melted chocolate. Roll on each side to cover each side and let it chill
until completely set.
In a bowl combine the softened peanut butter, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
Transfer from the peanut butter mixture into chilled cups of chocolate and
pour some extra chocolate on top to fill each muffin cup.
Let it set and serve.

- ΒΎ cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ΒΌ cup light maple syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl over a saucepan over simmering water melt the chocolate.
