Shape about 10 spheres of similar size. Do it as fast as you can so that the dough does not lose consistency. Place on a plate and put in fridge again while the chocolate melts.
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe container, add the butter and stir. Melt the chocolate in the microwave; Remember that it is very easy to burn the chocolate, so microwave in 10 second increments until fully melted, remove from the microwave, stir and if there are still solid pieces repeat the procedure until the mixture is completely fluid.
Place the balls one by one in the chocolate, and push with a fork until the balls are completely covered.
Remove and place on waxed paper until the chocolate hardens.
