  • 1 ½ cup Almond Meal
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp. Erythritol
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp. Powdered Sweetener to cover. (optional)

Instructions

  1. Use a fork to make a puree with the raspberries.
  2. Add the cream cheese, vanilla extract, almond meal and Erythritol.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Use an ice cream scoop to make uneven balls and place them over parchment paper.
  5. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
  6. Serve topped with powdered sweetener.
