Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using olive oil grease the bottom of
your baking dish
In a microwave safe mixing bowl, add mozzarella and cream cheese.
Place in microwave for 30 seconds. Mix together. Microwave for an additional
30 seconds.
Add the almond flour, baking powder and egg. Mix well then knead with your
hands. You will want to mix before the dough cools and starts to set.
Press the dough into greased baking dish.
Add your toppings, pressing into the dough lightly
Bake for approximately, 15-20 minutes. Until golden brown
