Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF.
Heat an iron pan (that can go in oven) and add the olive oil.
Once hot, add the garlic chopped and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Add the onion and let it cook for about 5 minutes or until translucent
Add the green beans, smoked garlic, cumin, salt and pepper.
Cover with enough water
and let it cook until most of the water evaporates.
Pour in the heavy cream
and stir
Cover with cheeses
and bake until cheese melts.

- 3 cups Green Beans, chopped
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese
- ½ cup Swiss Cheese
- ⅔ cup Heavy Cream
- ½ Onion, chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Smoked Garlic (optional)
- Salt and Pepper
